We manufacture and package your private label and help you to streamline production and reduce costs. All our tea comes with standard contract packaging, in line with your specifications. If you supply the packaging, we will package the tea for you. Alternatively, we can print your retail display boxes for you. We also offer clients our own house brand, Twig - guaranteed to speed up market entry and give you the competitive edge.

We source, flavour and package teas according to your needs. Our Twig range includes exciting new products, such as:

• Natural Rooibos (organic or conventional);
• Natural Green Rooibos (unfermented);
• Natural Honeybush;
• Rooibos with various nature-identical or natural flavours such as Berry, Earl Grey, Honey & Vanilla.

Private Label packaging options

We offer a range of flexible packaging options, designed around your needs:

• Tea bags and display cartons: Depending on your requirements, we pack 2 to 2.5g's of tea per tea bag. The tea bags are then packed into retail boxes of 50g, 100g or 200g. We also offer a shrink-wrap service to ensure that your boxes are tamper-proof and visually appealing.
• Foil Pouches: We pack 20 tea bags into each air-tight foil pouch in order to increase shelf life and ensure maximum freshness and flavour.
• Single Serving Envelopes: These individually wrapped tea bags (each single tea bag is in a paper envelope with a string and tag) are ideal for use in the hospitality industry, as well as for promotional samples.
• Loose Leaf Packaging: Fresh tea leaves can be packed into 200g cellophane bags - ideal for use in speciality teashops.
• Bulk Tea Packaging: Quality tea leaves can be supplied in 18kg paper bags or 20kg double-sided polypropylene bags.
• Gift and speciality packaging: We offer a selection of exclusive packaging options to help your product stand out from the rest. We provide manufacturing and packaging services to clients who wish to market their own tea labels, equipping them with effective solutions that streamline production logistics, reducing manufacturing costs. Our services include; the manufacture of teabags and foil pouch packaging. Clients may provide us with their printed display boxes, which we will pack for them, or they may make use of our local printing services. All display boxes are printed and made to your specifications.

We supply, blend and package a large variety of speciality teas including; green Rooibos, Natural (organic and conventiona)l Rooibos, Honeybush and Rooibos-Honeybush blends. Flavoured Rooibos infused with Earl Grey, lemon, vanilla, mango, blackcurrant and cinnamon are also popular. Newl blends like Rooibos combined with Buchu, lemongrass or chai spices are also gaining popularity. With our extensive knowledge of indigenous teas, we also offer unique blends which allow our clients exclusivity within the speciality teas market.
